Excellent property in a lovely building very central and close to the Metro line and Vatican City. Extremely quiet and clean and throughly cleaned every day. Plentiful supply of food and drink in the fridge (Suite). Loved our stay here. Alessandro very helpful and nice guy. Our first stay in Rome and would definitely stay here again.

I’ve stayed here for three days, and my mother and daughters absolutely love it! The room is cleaned thoroughly every day, and the indoor air quality is great thanks to the high ceilings. The house is beautiful and very spacious. The location is peaceful yet central. The host is incredibly kind and generous, replenishing plenty of food every day. If I ever have the chance to come back to Rome, I wouldn’t hesitate to book this place again.

The host, the ease of access, the location, spotless, breakfast was plenty and also contained lots of sweets / coffee / tea variaties and some fruits. I recommend this place to anyone really. We walked everywhere, but even if you don't want to do that the metro station is literally at 4 minutes walking distance.

We spent three very pleasant days at this accommodation in Rome. The owner was kind, polite, and very welcoming, making us feel comfortable from the very beginning. The room was pleasant and comfortable, and the breakfast was generous and tasty. The accommodation has a warm, family-like atmosphere. It is located in the heart of Rome, close to all major attractions, which made sightseeing very easy and convenient. If we return to Rome, we would definitely choose this accommodation again, and we can wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone.

Our stay at this accommodation was a very pleasant experience. It is located just a 2-minute walk from Ottaviano metro station and about a 10-minute walk from the Vatican and Castel Sant’Angelo, which made getting around extremely easy. We booked the suite, which was spacious, warm, and very clean. It also had a well-organized, fully equipped private kitchen where we could prepare our breakfast every day. The hosts made sure we always had enough food, restocking daily whatever we had used the day before, which was a really thoughtful touch. The owner was very kind and helpful, providing us with useful information about the area and local attractions. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

This level of hospitality is unmatched! The host is wonderful, explained well in advance how to enter the place and how to use the facility overall. Communication was smooth and efficient. The location is perfect, 10min away (walking distance) from the Vatican museums/st. Peter’s basilica, and less than 10min away from the main shopping street of the area. Metro station is just around the corner, as well as some of the best restaurants. It is easy to reach it from the Fiumicino airport by a shuttle bus that goes to the Vatican and costs 6-7 euros per person. Inside the room there is everything you might need, from towels, small shampoo bottles, soap, to kettle, tea, some sweets. It is very clean, cozy and roomy. The cleaning lady comes once a day to clean everything. Breakfast area is well-equipped and offers a great way to start the day with coffee, toast, fruit and yogurt (and so many different tea flavors and other beverages and cereals).

Really excellent location- we were expecting to use public transport but walked everywhere. Particularly close to Vatican and castle. Very clean, basic but plentiful breakfast. You were left to your own devices once you checked in.

The host, Alessandro was very kind and was such a warm host. The room is spacious and comfortable for 2 people. Very clean and everything you need for a few nights stay is provided. Location is close to Vatican Museum and St Peter’s Basilica. A lot of eateries and cafes nearby too! Very good value for money, you get your moneys worth.

Quiet location. Very good location for Red Line Ottaviani which was nearby. Vatican State a short walk away. Castel Sant Angelo not much further and easy access across the Tiber to key attractions. Big room. Everything you needed was there. Alessandro was a kind and helpful host. Nothing was too much trouble. Self service breakfast was very good.
