“Perfect in every way!”

Great location. Walking distance to most sites. 10 minutes walk to the metro. Very near to the supermarket. Lovely welcome pack on arrival containing the basics needed after travelling - water, milk, packets of cereals, french toast, preserves. Saved us a trip to the shop so we could rest following the flight there. Host arranged our taxi to the apartment. Apartment was spotless and included everything required for a comfortable stay. The photos don’t do it justice. We were wowed on arrival. Beautiful 🤩

“Amazing Stay – Couldn’t Have Asked for More!”

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Rome. It exceeded our expectations — spacious, very clean, with new, modern furniture, and exactly as shown in the photos, perfect for our group of six. The location is excellent: about a 10-minute walk to the Vatican, with many restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The airport shuttle stop is only 8 minutes away, and there are great metro and bus connections. Most of the main attractions can also be easily reached on foot, which made exploring the city very enjoyable. We arrived late, and Massimo was there to welcome us, which we really appreciated (note that late check-in has an extra fee). The option for free luggage storage after check-out was also very convenient. Nice extra touches included coffee machines (Nespresso and Moka), breakfast snacks, milk, and bathroom amenities. The staff was friendly, responsive, and very helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Rome.

The apartment was clean, in very nice area with every point of interest in walking distance. The area is safe and is close to lots of bars and restaurants, store is right down on the street. The host was super nice waiting for us and giving us advice on what to see, what to avoid, good tips for restaurants. Very helpful was ordering taxi to and from airport throughout our host. And we were able to leave our luggage in the building for the whole day on the day of our departure.

Great location. Clean and comfortable. Also very cool inside when you arrive back from walking around in 35/38 degree heat!! Even before any air conditioning… Staff were lovely and able to leave suitcases on our last day, which was perfect.

Nice large apartment with space for the family to escape the heat of the day and/or make food and eat together in the evening. Mattresses very comfortable and with shutters and windows closed the apartment was quiet

We had such a nice welcome and everything was explained very well to us. It was very clean and complete. Walkable distance to everything in town, a gelataria and supermarket around the corner. In short, this apartment is perfect in every single way.

Location was excellent - about 100 m far from Via della Conciliazione ( Basilica di San Pietro ) ; building has elevator; beds are very long and comfortable! pillows as well ; communication with owner was very good. he organised us a shuttle for transport to the airport and via verso; few steps away from apt there are 2 supermarkets, cafes, pastry shop and pharmacy

Worn out apartment. Absolutely unprofessional and unfriendly management. No good contact and understanding with clients. Or rather, no contact at all. No croissants, as they write in other reviews, no one brought: it's like a joke. Instead, they didn't even clean our place for a whole week, of course the last two days were especially difficult because of the large amount of dust on the floor. We can't recommend this kind of accommodation to anyone.

The house was on a quiet street close to many Rome attractions, so you could enjoy Rome within walking distance. The apartment and the staff exceeded our expectations—we felt like at home. The staff delivered croissants in the morning so we could enjoy breakfast with espresso. The apartment was very clean and tidy, and each room had air conditioning. The staff was super friendly and helpful. All in all, it was a great experience.
