Great views and spacious

“Excellent views, perfect location and wonderful hospitality from the host!”

We had a wonderful stay. Check-in was easy and smooth, and the host arranged an airport transfer, making the journey very pleasant. The location was brilliant. Most of the must-see places are within walking distance or accessible by Metro, with the closest stop literally on the doorstep. We were also treated to a selection of treats upon arrival. The apartment itself is in great condition and the beds are very comfy, and local amenities are all very close by. We appreciated the air conditioning and the beautiful views from the terrace!

I highly recommend the stay! The location is great, and Alberto's service was excellent too! He recommended and showed us everything we needed. I recommend it 120% 😊

“San Peter Raffys”

We really enjoyed our stay at San Peter Raffys , the hosts were excellent, and kind and flexible , the location was perfect only a short walk to the Vatican and the metro with everything you need at your doorstop form local supermarkets , coffee shops and quality restaurants, would definitely stay here again

Great check in from Lorenzo and good location with a supermarket nearby and a c.15 minute walk to the centre. The terrace is also wonderful.

The apartment worked perfectly for a family of 5, with 2 bathrooms, a lounge area, kitchen, large roof terrace and air con it had everything we could have wanted. The location was perfect too and the host gave us some great local information and was available to answer any questions during our stay. We definitely recommend and would love to stay again.

The location was great. We loved the patio. The host was very friendly and helpful. We are a family of 7 and the could all fit into the apartment.

“Wonderful stay”

Alberto was extremely welcoming and provided a map of the area with great tips. He responded quickly to messages and was very helpful. The location is perfect! The Metro is on a road that offers a range of restaurants and shops and is only a 5 minute walk away from the apartment. There were towels provided, along with other useful essentials. It is 7 floors up but there is a lift available. You are able to see the Vatican from the living space. The sofabeds are comfortable. The terrace is spacious. The airport pick up was a resonable price. All in all, a wonderful space!

“The perfect place to stay in Rome.”

Spacious, clean, very quiet (a rarity in Rome) top floor apartment with stunning terrace and breathtaking views. Upon arrival, a pleasant surprise awaited us in the form of a basket of goodies. Host Alberto greeted us very warmly, told us about places nearby and was always in touch to answer our questions. We surely come back!
