A wonderful place to spend time in Rome. Great location, clean and cozy, delicious breakfasts with great coffee, and above all, the care and assistance of the hosts will be something we'll remember for a long time. If anyone is looking for a place to stay, I highly recommend this place, and I'm very happy I found it. I hope to return and have a wonderful time here.

The location is really good, is like 10 minutes walking to the Vaticano and the bus station to the center is 1min walking. Antonio is the best host you are going to find. He told us how we can use the bus, which places and restaurants that we have to go and the food that we’ve to try, He was very friendly. I recommend to stay with them !!

It was very secure, our room was very comfortable and clean, and they were very kind and we asked them to have our friends join us for breakfast. Valentina agreed and prepared a great breakfast for us.

“Home away from home”

Our stay : March 2025 It's a home away from home ! Valentina and Antonio are excellent hosts. They always go an extra mile to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay of their guests. Antonio spent an hour with us explaining with the map where to go and suggested best places to eat authentic Italian food. His love for his city, Rome, and food was quite evident throughout our stay. Really good breakfast served with so much of warmth and love every single day. As for the interiors, there is elegance in simplicity. Very close to the Vatican, and the nearest bus stop is just a short walk away. It's a must stay place. Thank you, Valentina and Antonio for making it so very memorable for us.

The hosts are very friendly and helpful. This was perfect for us, since we did not plan much before the trip. The hosts explained everything and gave great suggestions. The location is great, easy to get around. It is not strictly in the center, but 15min walk from Vatican. Which is very good, because it is a very safe area and you also get a parking! Big breakfast.
