“Disappointing”
Staff dismissive, especially when pointing out problems. No water and no cups in the room, not even a glass. Fish in the restaurant was under cooked but they refused to acknowledge and didn’t offer any refund. Night porter came to knock on the door at 1.30am to ask if the second person was intending to arrive when the reception was informed at the checkin.

“Good Hotel but too far out of Rome”
Only stayed at this hotel as our tour was starting here-rooms were big , staff friendly , too far out of Rome -cab cost €50 + no buses or trains nearby! There is a small shopping centre next door with a supermarket and cafeteria which was handy !

The ac wasn’t working even after we told them to fix it. When we came back to the hotel it wasn’t working in one room and they didn’t had any other room, so we had to sleep with a malfunctioning ac
