The entire staff was very attentive and went out of their way to help us with everything we needed during our stay in Rome.

I mean what's not to love about this hotel. We had a comfortable stay as we were just passing through. Very good location just a short walk away.

The staff were amazing, they were all knowledgeable, professional and super friendly. The morning reception staff went out of their way to make you feel welcome. Marko resolved all of our queries regarding restaurant bookings and transport and was even kind enough to take us up to the rooftop bar on our final day so that we could have our picture taken. The stay was memorable and that was down to the staff.

This lovely hotel is right in the middle of things. It has great location, very nice rooftop bar and friendly staff eager to help you anytime you need. Rooms are large and very clean and the restaurant provides a very good breakfast (and the best coffee in Rome). We would definitely come back.

We had a perfect stay. The staff looked after us extremely well, especially Chiara. Our room was really excellent. It was large and very comfortable, and included a good-sized table and chairs which we found very convenient. The room was also spotless. The location was excellent, being so close to Rome Termini for both train and bus transport. The restaurant food was also really good. We look forward very much to staying again in the future.

Firstly I would like to thank this hotel for the amazing stay that me and my family have had thanks to the hotel staff. From the moment I stepped out of the taxi the staff were amazing to the moment I left. The room was out of this world we had a room on the top floor with amazing sky window. My kids said its the best room they have slept in. The breakfast and bar stuff were amazing always going out of there way to serve us. I would like to thank the wonderful reception stuff for making our stay so memorable.

The staff were extremely attentive and helpful. The location was great. Few minutes walk from main train station and Metro, which made getting to the airport and all the main sights very easy. Breakfast buffet was amazing. Everything you could possibly want to start your day was served. Even had someone making pancakes and crepes on demand. We had dinner at the restaurant one evening and the food was delicious.
