“Wonderful Birthday Trip”

I booked this beautiful apartment for my birthday and what a treat it was! Our host thought of everything and even made sure that there were some treats for me when I arrived! We were even able to organise airport transfers through the host even though we needed to travel very early in the morning. The photos do not do the apartment justice, it is so cosy and comfortable and the terrace is truly amazing! The view of St Peter's Basilica was wonderful. Even though we were within walking distance of everything, the area is still very peaceful and safe. There are plenty of shops and restaurants in the area and Vatican City is just a short stroll. I highly recommend this lovely apartment and I will certainly stay here again on my next trip to Rome.

Apartment is cold No way you can heat the place, heating control is outside the apartment and they are obviosly not willing to heat it up I urged to rise the temperature but nothing, it was still cold A/C unit is barely working and fan speed is always on low no matter where you set it, so no heat from there either The train is passing near by, day and night there are the train sounds So thats it

“An amazing apartment in the heart of Rome”

The space itself was perfect. 2 bedrooms each en-suite with large windows that open out onto the outdoor terrace which is huge with a clear view of the Basilica. Really lovely touch of sweet treats, Bottle of wine, water and juices for us on our arrival. Perfect location for doing all the tourist sites and a five minute walk from the Train station. Great communication with IIaria who gave such clear directions on how to get to the apartment. Would definitely stay here again.

Best apartment we have ever stayed in our trips. Excellent location, real size view of st. Peter's dome is bellow. Bus station to centre is 50m from the building. Exeptionally clean and comfortable. Huge and beautiful terrace for night caps and relaxing after a day spent walking in Rome. Very clean, good air condition, very cool very fast, after you turn it on. Host was helpful and usually replied within few minutes. Thank you so much, hope to come again

From the get-go, Ilaria has been very helpful and responsive. Always ready to offer her help to ensure our stay was going to be comfortable. The apartment is nicely located no more than 5 minutes from St. Peter's square. It is also possible to walk to the Vatican Museum as we did. There is a nearby Carrefour, small grocery stores, and a lot of food options. Loved the snacks that Ilaria put in the apartment for us. As for the apartment itself, it is so cozy and had a lot of things we needed during the stay. Kitchen complete with an induction cooker, fridge, coffee maker, there is also a washing machine and a lot of space to hang clothes. The outdoor furniture to enjoy the sun or the windy weather. Favourite part is the terrace with a view of St. Peter's dome. Highly recommended!!

Beautiful apartment on top floor (with lift) with absolutely stunning private rooftop terrace with views of St. Peters Basilica. The hostess Ilaria is lovely, providing a tour of the apartment and range of breakfast treats and bottle of wine. Recomendations for close by restaurants are spot on - especially Papa Rex a short stroll away and amazing value. Great location with easy bus routes close by - but 10-15€ will get you into the centre of Roma in a cab if you want to avoid waiting in the heat. Grazie Mille Ilaria...
