The room was very clean and comfortable. The owner welcomed us warmly, helped with our luggage and explained everything we needed to know. He also gave us useful tips for restaurants and places nearby and was available if we needed anything. Breakfast was also very good. The location is convenient, with a bus stop right next to the accommodation and the metro about a 10 minute walk away. From there it’s only 4 stops to the Colosseum, so getting around the city was easy. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back again.

David, he is amazingly attentive. Breakfast, especially the coffee, has such a thick crema and solid foam. The cleanliness of the room. It was immaculate. The room is quite and a great size. Really amazing.

We loved our experience there! It was truly magical, felt like paradise. The room was super clean and smelled good and there's a lovely music in the hallways. The breakfast was also really good and we were sad to leave. The host was the kindest person ever. So charming, lovely and polite. His English is really good and he was really helpful and always available. He also helped us with our suitcases at 6am when we left for the airport. Perfection!

“Best B&B to stay in Rome”

The best place to stay in Rome!! We had an incredible time at this B&B. Davide and his wife were amazing hosts who truly went above and beyond to look after us. After the airport lost our luggage, arriving at the B&B genuinely felt like coming home. Despite our very late arrival, Davide even went out to buy us emergency toiletries—something we truly appreciated and will never forget! The rooms were spotless, with a beautiful view, and the location was perfect: restaurants and stores nearby, great transport links, and easy access to all the main attractions. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. We can’t wait to come back again (especially for Davide's delicious scrambled eggs!)

Everything was very clean and well taken care of. The hosts really do their best to make you feel comfortable. The location is also very good—just 10 minutes to the metro or 1 minute to the bus stop. Easy access to all the main sights. If you’re looking for a nice place to stay, this is a great choice!

We had an amazing stay at this wonderful apartment in Rome! The place was spotless, spacious, and had a beautiful view. The host was incredibly kind and helpful—he waited for us on the day of our arrival to assist us with everything we needed and even arranged transportation to and from the airport. Our stay was comfortable and enjoyable, in a space that was designed with great care and attention to detail. The location is a bit farther from the city center, which we knew beforehand, but this was balanced out by the peace and quiet of the area. We would absolutely stay here again on our next visit to Rome! Thank you so much for the wonderful hospitality!
