Staff were exceptional and could not be more helpful

Lovely hotel, very clean, friendly staff, good breakfast, pool was such a bonus! My only negative is location, although quiet, you do need to taxi or bus, which we knew before booking anyway so wasn’t a problem for us.

Personel very helpful and always with smile. Food really tasty. Rooms clean and modern. I haven't go to pool so I don't know. 12€ taxi to the center, really good price - really good because location is a bit far from center, but hotel is really cosy, and great.

“Superb value for money”

Breakfast could have been richer and with a wider variety.

This did not feel like a 4-star hotel. There were many small issues that were not up to standard. For example, the shower was not working properly and, despite reporting it, no one came to check it. The sink stopper kept getting stuck, some cables were uncovered, and the room was never properly restocked. Breakfast was so-so. The worst part, however, was the location. To get to the hotel, and to go into town from the closest station, you have to pass through an underpass full of drug addicts trying to sell you stuff. It was very unpleasant, especially in the evening. Just to the left of the hotel, there is also a homeless camp. Apart from not being particularly well connected, the area felt very unsafe.

The reception staff were really friendly and helpful, which made a good first impression and added a personal touch to the experience. Location is also a strong point, with convenient busses that make getting into Rome easy. This made it a good hotel for exploring the city without being right in the busy centre. The room was clean and pleasant.

The first time I came across me in a hotel where they didn't want to check me in because one person had documents in electronic form, and we were simply denied registration without any refund, the hotel does not provide an opportunity to check-in online, and as I understand it, they just didn't want to check us in and found a great reason for it, it's very frustrating that we were just riped off for 210€ without refund And two girls at the reception were not against checking us in, but one just didn't want to and that was the reason

Secure underground parking on site, acceptable value for money, and an easy bus link to the centre in about 20 minutes.
