it was a beautiful apartment, the entrance already was beautiful, but also the apartment itself was wonderful. It smelled clean and was not dusty or something like that. Very friendly host and a great location.

Location of the apartment is perfect. Next to local market, it is must see. Moreover, very close to the public transport stops and in walking distance to interesting places. Chiara was very kind and personally explained us lot if useful things.

Such a great place to stay. Chiara is a great and lovely person. When we met there she explained everything in details, gave a Rome map and suggested places to visit. Despite the fact that the apartments are on the third floor there is an elevator that was used to bring up baby carriages. - Location 10/10 - market with fresh vegetables is just 1min walk, safe parking is right under the market (1,5 EUR/1hr or 20 EUR / 24hrs), Metro station Ottaviano ~5min walk, Vatican ~5min walk. - Apartments 10/10 - Very quiet place, large rooms, clean and tidy, everything you need to cook your own dinner. Just loved our stay at Chiara place and I hightly recommend this place. p.s we been there with 2 children (3yrs and 10yrs). Thank you Chiara.

Chiara is very kind and incredibly helpful. Communication with her was a pleasure and went very smoothly. She took great care of us and recommended the best restaurants in the area. The apartment is in a very good location - very close to the Vatican and the metro station. The apartment is spacious, very clean and well equipped. Chiara also prepared breakfast products for us, which were especially appreciated by younger children.

Our family with two children rented this apartment for 8 days in September. The location is wonderful: 5 minutes from the Vatican Museums, a quiet area with a large number of cafes, restaurants, shops, supermarkets. Transport in any direction and in the vicinity of the metro station. The apartment fully corresponds to the description. Wonderful Chiara is always ready to help with any request. My highest recommendations

Our family's stay at Folia Domus was very cozy. Chiara is a very kind and warm person. She gave us informative overview of the attractions, dining options, transportation methods. The apartment is in a very convenient location, close to Vatican City, metro station, food market. The air conditioning in the room was a great help on hot days and evenings.

The apartment is in an excellent location, 5 minutes from the Vatican Museum. Saint Peter's Square is about a 10-minute walk through streets full of restaurants. The bus stop is 3 minutes away from the house. The staff is very nice. When we needed something to add to the breakfast menu or book a taxi to the airport, they sorted it in very short time ✅ Be sure to ask for a list of restaurants nearby or in the old town ✅ We visited Rome for the first time and it was amazing thank you 🙏

It was really good to tolked with you Chiara :). It was really good to meet you like a host. I liked the tousts for the brekfast with jam also the pinaple yogurt. I liked the expresso coffe for the brekfast and after that. This pleace is close by to Vaticano, and metro station.

We were surprised to see that the flat looked way older than it was shown in booking.com photos. All in all the flat wasn’t clean enough. What was not acceptable for us was that in the living room, we were missing the bedding, there were only sheets and not any fresh cover for the bedding. We had a situation where the main door locked (not our fault) and we couldn’t enter. The host came to help us with the problem which we appreciated and during the time we went for a walk they managed to fix the door. But what was strange for us was that during our absence she went inside the flat and started to check the flat, which in my opinion is inappropriate as we had our private stuff there and if she was that eager to check she might at least wait for us and check it when we were back.
