The house was very spacious. The host was responsive to requests and friendly. The house was clean ,close to public transport and shops.

We stayed here as a group of 4 and had the most amazing experience. The house is huge, with 4 double bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, which made it very comfortable for all of us. It has both a washing machine and a dryer -which was incredibly convenient during our stay. The living room is spacious with a smart TV, and the outdoor patio was perfect for enjoying breakfast or coffee in the mornings. The location is excellent –the metro is only about 10 minutes on foot, there are also bus stops nearby, and it was very easy to reach the city center (around 40 minutes). There is a supermarket and a bakery within 5 minutes walking distance,also a few places to eat which made everything super convenient. The apartment itself was spotless, tidy, and fully equipped with everything you might need. Truly one of the best places we have ever stayed – and we travel a lot. But what really made the stay unforgettable was the host. Honestly, this is the best host we have ever had. Communication was outstanding –he responded immediately, came to the apartment twice to help us (once to turn on the heating when we were cold, and another time to bring us a Wi-Fi hotspot when the internet went down). He was extremely kind, helpful, and gave us great recommendations for the city. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Everything was beyond our expectations, and we would 100% stay here again. Highly, highly recommend!

“Overall a nice apartment with everything you need”

This apartment is spread over three levels: one room is on the ground floor, two rooms on the second floor, and the fourth room is on the third floor, under the roof. The ground floor was a bit damp with stale air, but airing it out helped. The living room is small — we didn’t use it at all and always sat in the kitchen instead.

Space and travel to the metro was excellent, there was everything we needed :)

It was a great place to stay in Paris. The metro station is close with direct line to city center and we had auchan and boulangerie very close. The host was very welcoming. We arrive early in the morning in paris and they let us check in earlier which we really apreciated. One feedback I have for the bed upstairs. It was not very comfortable the sheets were keep falling from the mattress so we ended up sleeping on the mattress also the pillows were keep falling as well. If you could check it that would be great. Thanks!

This house is so comfortable and pleasant, as a group of 9 we all had plenty of space. The kitchen facilities were good, the house was clean bright and warm. Slippers provided. The back yard was a cute space which would be nice during the summer months. The beds were comfortable. Good bathroom facilities. The house was secure and area felt safe. The metro was a short walk away (10min) and there is a big supermarket, halal meat shop and takeaway within a short distance. The host kept in touch and was really helpful and kind.

Very responsive host. Easy check-in and check-out. House very well maintained. All bedrooms are very nice. We slept well. There is a metro station close-by that goes directly to Châtelet. All in all, it is a very good value for money option for whoever wants to visit Paris!

Bakery’s, Supermarket (auchan) was nearby. So Location was good. Check-in and check-out run smoothly and communication with the owner was fast and easy. There are two toilets with shower in each rest room, so no long queues in the morning ;)
