“Bring your own toilet paper from home !!”
After finalising the stay via booking.com, Ahmed the owner is sending you a long list of Internal House rules which are NOT in the Property Policy. But never mind because Ahmed is rejecting all your special requests anyway; he is always referring to Internal House rules , even if your requests are not mentioned there - I wanted to drop off my luggage in the middle of the afternoon on the day of arrival - house rules do not allow it - I wanted 1 extra toilet roll (you get only 2 and we are 5 and we stayed 4 nights) - house rules do not allow it - he wrote me I should bring it from home - I wanted to charge my hybrid car, he offered me 2 hour in the middle of the day - so bad it couldn’t fit my holiday routine (it takes 45min to reach Paris downtown) If during night you get awakened by high volume music, don’t worry it is Ahmed, he can remotely manage the music in the apartment, but because you don’t get his Telefon contact number, you have to write him via Booking and wait for his reaction You cannot adjust the heating- house rules doesn’t allow it If you go the the bathroom at night a position sensor is switching on the corridor lights, everybody is awakened The bathroom is 1,7x1,7mt shower included, too small Most of the cabinets are private and closed and not usable

Very well equipped and clean apartment, suitable for family stay, very good contact with the owners. Proximity to the metro station makes it great choice for Paris sightseeing.

“Home away”
A really nice appartment and perfect homebase for Disneyland and Paris exploration. Nothing missing, enough room and really friendly and helpful hosts. Metro line 5 to the city centre takes about 20'.
