“We are dissatisfied”
After staying for one night, we informed the reception that we wished to cancel the second night of our reservation. We were told that we would receive a response by 3:00 PM and that we were free to leave the hotel, but we never received any follow-up. In addition, the amount we had prepaid for the unused second night was not refunded. We are dissatisfied with this situation.We are requesting a refund for the night we did not stay

“Comfortable bed and friendly staff, but the poor cleanliness standards let the stay down.”
On the positive side, the bed was very comfortable and we slept well during our stay. The shower was also excellent, with strong water pressure which was really enjoyable. In addition, the staff were friendly and welcoming, which we appreciated.

The bedroom wasn't clean and smell cigarrets.. The bathroom the lavatorry doesn't work well. Totally unconfortable for womans who travel alone, fell totally unsafe and change hotel in the second nigth.
