This has to be the best bed and breakfast in Italy !! The building is beautiful, the room stunning and the host couldn't be more welcoming . The bed was extremely comfortable. The breakfast was exceptional. I couldn't recommend it more highly....

The whole antique building is beautifully and professionally preserved and clean, the pictures don't give it justice. The host was very helpful and the breakfast was delicious too.

“Nice and cosy B&B.”
Beautiful and very comfortable apartment in a historic building in the heart of the city. Helpful and caring hosts. Free street parking right outside the door, and there were plenty of parking spaces in the evening (middle of the day parking may be busy because many people came to the city center, but there are also parking spaces on the side street). Quiet spacious room with everything you need, perfect cleanliness. Very comfortable bed. Breakfast exceeded all expectations - freshly squeezed juice, scrambled eggs on request, and delicious homemade pies. The perfect place to stay for a few days. Will definitely stay again on our next visit to the city.

It was the perfect stay! The hostess Georgia gave us a warm welcome and good advices for our stay. The room and all facilities were excellent, a medieval house with a very good taste of all interior. The breakfast buffet was superior. We give our best recommendations!

“fantastic stay and value for money”
400 year old property with well appointed rooms and bathrooms and a fantastic host who cannot do enough for you. Breakfast was amazing with lots of choice. great location in the centre of the town with easy access to the train station. Great stay and I will return.

“A surprisingly perfect R & B”
A lovely place, the room is very clean and comfortable. The bathroom is big and modern. A incredible good breakfast with super service. Free parking in front of the door is available. We have enjoyed our stay there.

“Fabulous 💗”
Fabulous ❤️ The hosts are very nice and proud of their R&B, the building has a rich history. Ideally located near to Bologna and Carpi. Breakfast is a feast and the small attentions (soaps, extra blanket or special coffee) make you feel very comfortable. Highly recommended!
