“A very nice 3-night stay with a family”

As a family of four we booked the apartment on the 1st floor. The check-in and the communication was very smooth. The apartment was well equipped with towels, sheets, dishes, microwave, toaster, coffee drip machine... It was quite clean overall, just the little carpet in the living room was full of dog hair after I tried to broom some crumbles from it... We liked the location, since it was heavy snowing we made good use of our snow chains to access the accommodation parking. The surroundings are beautiful, close to ski-lift Pařez with a nice kiosk with very friendly prices... Good starting point to access various ski areas by car... It was nice and warm (pleasant temperature day and night).

Nice place, spaceful room, clean, nice and quiet neighbourhood. Kitchen well equipped. We arrived quite late and received clear instructions how to get the keys and get into the apartment. Small sauna wich you can book just for yourself. Not sure how it is in winter but there's a small fireplace in the apartment so it can be quite cosy.

Tidy, clean. There is everything you need. Cozy, spacious. Only the apartment place is dying at such a time, no cafe is open.

it was a house in the hills. a very good spots to everything you need to look at in Liberec region. the appartment is comfortable for few nights, has a small kitchen equipped with everything you need. the host was super friendly and available.

The parking must be cleared of snow every morning.

The house is surrounded by hills and mounts so you get a nice view. The room itself was clean, with a kitchen corner and big bath. There was a microwave which is very helpful for us in such stays. The guy who met us was very nice and friendly, showed everything to us, told us about all available options etc. You could use a fire pit and a barbeque. We seemed to be the only guests that day so spent a lovely quiet evening near the fire, staring at starts :)

Functional and comfortable apartment, very clean, much bigger and cozier than seems in the photos. We had the large balcony nicely furnished and it was a real pleasure. Also we were pleasantly surprised with very fast Wi-Fi, small but functional sauna and the pool room, the possibility of grilling and sitting outside. Rokytnice is a very pleasing place, and the apartment itself is located very well - near the main road, but in a quiet pretty neighborhood. The host is very responsive, and the steward is very nice and helpful person. We felt ourselves really welcome and didn't want to leave.

Beautiful apartment with everything what you need and even more. Spacious, calm, relaxing and very nice owner. I would come back there for sure.
