“Wonderful Penthouse to have a great holiday”
Beautiful penthouse with all the facilities you need. A quite location, not too far from the sea, bu you need your car. The rooftop terras is great and gives the necessary privacy. Nice swimming pool. The housekeeper Judith as very friendly and could be reached at anytime. Two nice bedrooms with smaller badrooms, and a wonderful living room with the terras in front of the swimming pool. Very nice place to be.

“Our best winter and summer holiday spot in Spain.”
This was our second 2-week stay in this apartment. First time during "winter" (20-25 Celcius degrees!), and this time in July. We are a family of 4. The penthouse is gorgeous: large, the roof terrace with comfortable and very stylish types of furniture, exotic plants, and a beautiful panoramic view of the lakes and Quesada hills is where we spent most of the time. Compared to other apartments with gardens, this one has sunshine all the time and ample shade if you want to stay in the shadow. The apartment is very comfortable and beautifully decorated in a unique style. The continental beds were super comfortable. Our kids appreciated having a big screen with Netflix in their bedroom :) The location is excellent! Peace, quiet, but very close to the most beautiful beach: Guardamar. A 2-minute walking distance to a Consum - grocery market makes it a great location.
