I booked this hotel came to check in at 02:00 the reception said its full. They didn’t refund my money and booking said they don’t answer the phone so we can’t do anything. I asked the receptionist what to do? Because all the hotels were full around the airport. We tried them all! He laughed and said i don’t know its not my problem We had a great experience! Not
