“A serene vacation”

The location of the villa is great, 5 min until you reach the port area with restaurants and beach in Rogac, 5 min with car to reach Grohote center, supermarket etc.... The house is pristine with all amenietes needed and enough space for two famillies. Beautiful view and clean pool, nice barbeque area and a good vibe overall. Owners are very nice and helpfull, and it is visible that they put their soul in to preparing this house for their guests.

The property was a wonderfully relaxing space which was hard to visualise before we got there but worked out perfectly for our family group. There had been so much thought put into making use of the outside space with a variety of comfortable furniture for all of your needs. The kitchen was well stocked with all you need for self catering with plenty of space for your own food. The beds were comfortable and lounge areas large.

We had an exceptional stay at this apartment! The location is unbeatable, offering easy access to local attractions, restaurants, and public transportation. The apartment itself was spotless and well-equipped with modern amenities, making it feel like a home away from home. The host was incredibly hospitable and responsive, ensuring that every aspect of my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. From the start we recieved very detailed information about the apartment and the island. The owners then meeting us at the ferry port to take our bags to the villa, telling us all the areas to visit and at the end taking our bags down to the ferry for the early morning ferry home. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a delightful and hassle-free family holiday.

Daniel and his family were very kind and welcoming hosts.The villa is set in a beautiful garden and the terrace has a wonderful view of the sea.The house was clean, well equipped and comfortable for our family of eight (adults).The house has a barbecue, pool, kitchen utensils.The only thing missing is a bigger cheese grater :).There is a wonderful little bay nearby where we could swim perfectly with our grown up children. In a village about 600 meters away ( Grohote ) you can find everything and a very good grill restaurant ( Konoba ).We would recommend it to everyone who wants an unforgettable holiday on a beautiful island in a wonderful villa.

The house was very nice with beautiful swimming pool, location was great, close to the sea. The hosts were very nice and helpful. The island is connected to the mainland excellent. And Solta is beautiful, peaceful and really an ideal place to recharge and take a break from busy touristic places.

“A week of relaxation with piece and quiet with fully equipped house”

We were 5 persons that stayed for one week in this perfect house that has it all. The house is located 10 minutes walk from the Rogac harbour with a beautiful view of the ocean. Before our trip it was easy to establish contact with the owners of the house and they were fast in responding to any questions that we had. When we arrived we got a warm welcome by the owners, Daniel and Patricia, at the harbour and they helped us with our bagage to the house. The hospitality from the owners have been very high and suggestion on places to visit, restaurants to eat etc has been superb! The house has everything you need (two complete new kitchens, one at each floor and 3 toilets); a large terrace (excellent for breakfasts and dinner in the evening), two barbeques a nice pool with sunbeds. In terms of standard of the house it is in excellent condition. The entire house is very clean and fresh and feels brand new. The house is divided into two sections which is good if you have that need if you are two families. There are also a washing machine located on the pool level. The location of the house is execellent. Only 10 min walk to the beach and 5 min down to the Rogac harbour where you have a small shop with groceries, bakery, a restaurant, ATM etc (12 min walk if you walk back up to the house). Walking distance from the house for 20 min to a big supermarket for larger purchases in the old town Grohote which is cozy and holds some bars and restaurants. Walking distance to restaurant and just 10-20 minutes with a taxi to almost all other restaurants located on Solta Island. We all were very satisfied with our stay in the house and we highly recommend it if you are looking for a vaccation of piece and quiet, cozy evenings and away from all touristic noice.
