“Will not book here again and would not recommend”
We booked this hotel in advance for an official business meeting. The meeting was for very early the following morning. We informed the hotel of our expected time of arrival, which was late in the evening. We received a confirmation that our arrival time was approved. We arrived on time and parked our car in the hotel's enclosed parking area. The hotel was already closed and there was no one at the reception. One could only enter the building either with a key, which we did not have yet because we have not checked in yet; or a code, which we did not receive from the hotel; or by calling the hotel keeper, which we did several times to no avail. The posted notes on the door clearly says to call the number indicated there should the hotel be closed and a guest is unable to enter the hotel. We called this number and any other number related to this hotel several times to no avail. There was no other way to reach anyone or to get inside the building. As it was around midnight already and raining in the cold winter night, we telephoned another hotel in the area and asked if they could possibly accommodate us for the night. Fortunately they still had a room available, at a much higher rate because it was a last-minute on-the-spot booking. We then went back to our car with the intention of driving to the other hotel, but could not get out of the parking lot without a parking token from the hotel. So, not only could we not get inside our booked hotel, we also could not leave the premises with our car. We ended up leaving our car and dragging our suitcases in the rain to the other hotel and spent the rest of the night there. We informed via mail Nero Office Hotel about what happened and retrieved our car the following day. They reimbursed the payment without a single explanation. We will not book here again and would not recommend.

“Absolutely loved our stay at Nero Office Hotel, and would recommend to everyone!”
Great use of the building, the exterior and interior design is just so nice and comfortable, the lights, the unique stairwell is so pretty! We enjoyed a drink in the bar, we found the general atmosphere relaxing and friendly. I wish I could eat in their breakfast room every morning :) All the staff we interacted with were super helpful and polite. The location is perfect for walking a short distance into Roermond near the train/bus station, pubs. On-site parking was great but a bit tricky to find in the dark. It was great to revisit Roermond after many years and the comfortable hotel experience made our stay extra special.
