Do you know those stays where you can simply say 'Yes' to everything and the Booking questionnaire looks something like this? - Did the room look like the pictures? Yes, and even better once you actually feel the atmosphere. - Was the host friendly and helpful? Yes, absolutely! Check-in and check-out via WhatsApp were super easy. - Was it clean and were you able to use all the amenities and kitchenware? Yes, it was sparkling clean, even 'tricky' items like the fridge and coffee machine were in perfect shape. - Would you like to move in permanently? Yes, right away! Where do I sign?

“Exceptional”
Thomas was the perfect host! Since I arrived in Roermond very early, he let me check in well ahead of time. I was also lucky that there were no guests expected after me, so I could still store my bags in the apartment after check out. The location is excellent, only 5 min away from the outlet and directly in the city center. The apartment was clean and had everything I could need to be comfortable. I also appreciated finding mineral water, tea bags and chocolates on the table :)

“Lovely apartment in lovely location”
Very nice apartment in lovely location in the centre of Roermond. We booked short notice and the extra bed was made up for us.

“Excellent stay, excellent place, 4-5 minutes walk to Designer Outlet.”
Thomas was an excellent owner and was very helpfull. I arrived quite earlier than check in time with my 6 year old child and helped me a lot. Will definitely choose the same place for further accommodations.

Apartment on two floors in the beautiful old town. The outlet is just a few minutes' walk away. Parking in the courtyard is free at night. Great apartment for a few nights stay.
