It is a wonderful place to stay with your family for a couple of days.

No balcony or rails . Very dangerous if lounge & bedroom doors were opened, sheer unprotected drop!

“Amazing views and comfort”

The apartment is light, spacious and has amazing views over the lake. The kitchen is well equipped, the bathroom is modern and the beds are very comfortable. There are a washer and dryer, which was ideal. We really appreciated the little Christmas tree! The location is great for walks and there is a wide range of shops are nearby (4 min by car, 20 min walk). There is a bus stop serving Schiphol and Leiden near the shopping area as well. There are also two good restaurants within walking distance, Paal 7 and Wagenaar.

Super-extra nice family run the place and they will get out of their way to help you. Very good and comfortable space for our family of 4 (they also have a smaller cabin, ideal for 2 people). Good if you want to stay local: • 3 big trampolines in the garden kept our daughter entertained for a good amount of time. • Also, an excellent starting point to bike around, ride to Leiden ~45minutes on a bike (BTW, 4 x bikes were available to us included with the property). • 2 x supermarkets and several restaurants located up to 15 mins bike ride. Equally good if you want to have daytrips to the larger cities: • Peaceful and convenient area ~35 min drive from Amsterdam, The Hague and Rotterdam, and 20 min drive from Leiden.

In the owner’s backyard overlooking a lake. Very private and quiet location. Perfectly located to explore nearby places, beach, cities… The owners are really nice, always making sure you’re comfortable.
