The staff were incredibly friendly, the hotel was located centrally in Toulouse next to the cathedral and the room was comfortable and clean.

Free transport bus service between railway station and the old Centre. It stops very near the hotel. Room was spacious and quiet. Good breakfast. Town is charming and a day is easily spent strolling the medieval streets and eating and drinking at the nearby cafes & restaurants. The Cathedral is interesting and has some imaginative stained glass windows. All within a short walk of the hotel.

Great location, very comfortable room, air conditioned, loved that there was a bath, lift to floors for non business up to 3rd floor, car park next door very good (a little tight for space but really not a problem if you can drive competently - so many people complain about it being tight but hey, be thankful for secure parking and learn to drive better :-) !).

“Stay at the Biney Hotel instead”

Reception only open until 12 pm and 6 to 8 pm. No way even with a paid reservation to get into the hotel outside those hours. Tried to call three times prior to making the reservation unsuccessfully. Booked a triple room for my children and a single for me and our small dog few hours prior to our arrival. They refused to take in the dog and refused to reimburse any part of the payment of my single room. And it is not like they had to refuse other clients as they had plenty of rooms available. Apparently they admitted that it had happened many times before that they had to refuse clients with dogs. One would have thought that in this case the information about not admitting animals would be promptly displayed rather than hidden somewhere in the property rules. Fortunately I have found a very nice room foe me and my dog in the nearby Biney hotel. Very friendly and understanding staff , a pleasant room with an electric kettle and a choice of teas and coffee, a comfortable bed , a good shower . My children who had stayed at the previous hotel were not as satisfied as I was.
