“Highly recommended!”
The apartment was in great condition, with good quality furniture and was clearly well cared for. The location was very convenient, walking distance to Los Alcazares, and various supermarkets nearby, although a car is recommended to explore Murcia. The hosts were good to communicate with and very helpful.

“Fantastic”
Everything about this property was perfect,from being greeted by Peter at airport, shown around, the location excellent ( lovely restaurant underneath NANA’s) , plus Road bar; and the church opposite I just beautiful and only 10 min drive to the shops , beaches ,all in all 10* plus rating

Safe was closed so could not use. Terrible Smell of Pet (Dog). Unclean. Kitchen not as advertised in photos (Vinyl on Kitchen Door ripped off) Broken Door on washing machine.

“I still like the place but I won't be back”
I like roda, best shower ever. If you need anything it's probably there in the flat and the flat is big. Ease of getting key.

“Great apartment”
Great roomy apartment. Comfortable bed, great shower. Good cooking facilities. In great location for the beach, restaurants and shops. Easy parking right beside the apartment. Highly recommended. Will stay again.

“Feliz navidad”
There's was plenty of items to use, cutlery etc. location near 2 bars, and a shop (lily). Quiet building, rarely heard other residents, though this was January. View of the church we liked especially. Excellent value for money. Liked the 2 simple standing heaters instead of Aircon, as I'm not keen on air blowing around...

“Lovely stay”
We had a great time at Jeff place. The communication was super easy and quick, and the place looked exactly like it does in the pictures. The neighbourhood is very conveniently located and although it’s a lively neighbourhood the apartment is very quiet! Would absolutely recommend staying there!

“The photos on the booking site do not represent how tired the property is and in need of some repair”
The central location near the beaches of the surrounding area were good. The staff in the local bars were very friendly and welcoming and pool is located just in the apartment block opposite so very near the apartment.

Location was great - just €7 with taxi to the buzz and three large shopping places. Three local pubs and restaurants with an local supermarket within walking distance.

“Excellent value for money in a great location”
Pictures were EXACTLY as apartment was. Living room was very large, lots of room for our family of 3. Full kitchen, with normal sized fridge and freezer. Lots of room to put clothes away and a lovely balcony overlooking Yummies bar. Pool was also really nice and would be perfect to cool off in high season. The communication from both the host and the keyhole was perfect too.

great apt pool over the road was ideal for a cool off handy restaurants nearby if you don't want to go back out at night to main area great info from Jeff and easy pick up for keys
