“Great location and comfortable stay”
The hotel is near to the Versailles palace. There is secured parking so we could park our car there. The breakfast is delicious too.

When I checked out, I was not given an invoice for the portion of the hotel bill that I paid. I have contacted the hotel multiple times since then and never received any response. I need the invoice for reimbursement. This is extremely unprofessional and irresponsible.

“Unfortunately, too many issues made this stay unsatisfactory despite the hotel’s potential.”
The bed was clean, the room heating worked properly. The rest of the staff other than the middle aged lady were nice.
