In the Entire time of our stay even after asking numerous time our room was cleaned 1 time. We couldn't get towels and were told several times they were out. Once we got hand towels and towels instead. The shower curtain was disgustingly filthy and covered in mold. The room was dusty and dirty. I also complained that the stairwell fire door was locked. It was actually stuck and initially couldn't be opened even with tremendous force with a shoulder. They worked on it but it was still difficult to open. The staff would tell us different things when I complained. I've never had such an experience in a Marriott property! I've also got pictures if you're interested.

“Great stay on a long trip”
Easy to find off the highway. Quick check in. Very friendly staff. Comfortable good sized room with nice pull out desk, comfortable beds, extra pillows. Lots of towels and toiletries. Exceptional breakfast, best I've seen on my last few trips. Lots of variety, individual items such as yogurt, fruit cups, Nutella, etc. Very happy with our stay. Didn't get to use the pool - stayed one night. Would definitely return in the future.
