“Never Again”
After booking my room and being led to believe it was pet friendly. They informed me the room i booked was not suitable. So they had to set me up in another room, which took about 20 minutes longer.

“Good value for a comfortable stay.”
Nice big room with refrigerator and other amenities I’m comfortable beds and pillows. I was able to get a good nights sleep before my surgery at the Mayo.

“The accommodations didn't meet the standards we were hoping for.”
The clerk was very helpful. The room we had booked was terribly cold and we couldn't get it heated to our satisfaction. The clerk found another room and it was much warmer. She also found a handicapped room which was a help to our medical conditions.

Great location. Very comfy bed and nice pillows. Staff was very nice to work with. Breakfast was nice. Rooms were ok, you could tell it was an older place but the rooms where good size.

I made the reservation in November 2022 for an April 2023 stay. I did get confirmation of the reservation. When I got to the hotel, they did not have my reservation and they were fully booked so they had to send us to the "sister" location. That location was under construction for remodeling so the amenities were pretty much non existent. This was a huge disappointment and our stay was not as good as it should have been.
