“It could be better.”
The flat was warm, the size was great and the fact that a dish washing machine was provided. The room had stainless-steel pans for cooking. The staff was always helpful. Also, the location is perfect and there is a free shuttle bus for the city

“Good value”
Very friendly and helpful staff, decent breakfast including scrambled eggs and fresh fruit salad. The hotel operates a free shuttle service to the Mayo clinic buildings, but if one is able, it is faster to get there by walking, around 10 minutes. Large rooms, and restaurant and swimming pool on the premises.

“It's fare for price”
The location is exalent, near by rhe park, the mall and 10 mints walk from Mayo. However the breakfast was cold , the same all the mornings, no variation. The pool was closed and the gim was small without basic equipment like dumbbells.

“Wall A/C still.”
It was close to our appointments at Mayo Clinic and they had a shuttle to take you there and they would take you to eating establishments if you wanted.

- Excellent and caring staff - Breakfast choices are poor and the menu is the same everyday - almost no gluten free items. - Excellent shuttle-bus drivers that take to/from the airport and to Mayo Clinic - The property is clean, but it's time for renovation of facilities. - 15min walking distance to Mayo - great location.
