The staff was amazing! The place is huge with a feel like home feeling!! The breakfast was pretty much amazing!! The pool was awesome!!

There was always coffee, no matter what time. They pool was open most of the time except for cleaning, which they had signs up to let you know in advance. They room is more spacious than I expected and beds and comforts were so soft and comfortable! Everything was really great! Staff were all very professional and well spoken, and happy to help. We stayed here almost a month and will for sure come back based off my last visit!!!!🩷

Smelt like weed in the hall way 3 out of 4 days, police department was there 2 of the days,couldn't use the side entrance which had a don't use this door sign and staff never left the main floor.

The beds were very comfortable. It’s rare to find a hotel with decent beds. I slept like a baby. Also loved the fact pets (who are not just service animals) are allowed.

“Waiting for deposits to be refunded.”
I did not receive my extra room and pet deposits as I was told. It’s been a long time waiting for deposit returns from Dec. 29, 2022 and it is now March 6, 2023. The customer service should not be telling customers they will receive their deposits back! I have received NO notifications in regards to this stay. I would be greatly appreciated to see the deposits refunded to my visa, or any response.
