Lovely people run this luxury boutique hotel in the heart of the country-side. Do make the time for their breakfasts if you can...they are more of a brunch and they keep you going whilst you climb the steps of Rocamadour 🙂

Frank was amazing and so helpful. His assistance resulted in a very successful tour of Rocamador despite arriving very late. He went well out of his way to show us everything he could enthusiastically. Opening breakfast early for us and just an incredible ambassador for the region! Merci beaucoup Frank.

“Great hotel in Rocamadour”
After visiting Rocamadour we booked to stay at La Troubadour at the very last minute. What a find! The hotel is lovely. It apppears to have been recently refurbished and was modern, tidy and very clean. The arrival was excellent and the staff could not have done more to make us welcome. The room layout works well, with a separate toilet and bathroom. There was no kettle in the room, but we could get coffee from the restaurent coffee machine. Breakfast was very good and was self-service. There were hot and cold food options and local produce. The hotel has a swimming pool and a separate games room. Unfortunately we did not have time to use either. Overall it was a great stay and we would not hesitate to book again if we are able.
