Located in the heart of the medieval city of Rocamadour, Hotel Du Lion D'or offers views over the valley or the city as well as free WiFi in the public areas. The location of the hotel, the friendliness of the receptionist who greeted us :), the parking just up the road, the historic building - traditional furnishings and definitely not swish decor in the rooms but value for money is excellent!

“An excellent and spectacular two days stay.”
The hotel is an older establishment with plenty of character and is in a superb location. The location was spectacular and the staff were all extremely helpful. Parking is in a reserved area just up the road from the hotel. The associated restaurant was also very good and seemed very popular with the locals.

Absolutely fabulous location in the very heart of Rocamadour, staff were superb spoken excellent English the restaurant served exceptional foods and again staff were great, with free easy parking a credit to the owners of this fab establishment I can’t recommend it enough

The room had a lovely balcony with a view of the town. There was always parking available. The location was exceptional. The restaurant was good value and good food. Everyone was friendly and welcoming.
