Overview
The Guest House La Louvière des Bruyères is an Old Provencal farmhouse with stone walls, located 15 minutes by car from the historic village of Gordes, in an enclosed garden of 2 hectares with private closed parking. Each spacious room has a bathroom and toilet and free Wi-Fi access. They feature exposed wooden beams and offer views of the surroundings. You can have your breakfast in the closed courtyard in the shade of the old plane tree. The 15m swimming pool lined with flowers offers a magnificent view of the Luberon mountains and a petanque court is available on site. You will have an outdoor area equipped with fridge / freezer, plancha, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, ice maker and dishes Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, with its famous antiques market, is 5 minutes from the Louvière des Bruyères. The villages of Ménerbes, Oppède le vieux, Bonnieux are 1/4 hour away by car, Saint-Remy-de-Provence and Les Baux-de-Provence are 1/2 hour away by car.

The property and the hosts, Dominic and Sylvie, are just perfect! You can tell that they care so much about you and your stay. They had excellent recommendations on places to visit and restaurants to eat in and were so helpful booking on our behalf! The property itself is in a great, quiet location and is a perfect base to explore Provence from. It is impeccably clean and there is a really relaxed atmosphere. The pool is heaven and the facilities (fridge to keep food in, air con, plates, ice machine etc) show the level of thought that has gone into everything. We really had the perfect stay- Merci beaucoup!

“A great base to explore Provence: cozy, quiet and with amazing hosts!”
Absolutely magical stay! The house was charming, authentic, and beautifully maintained, nestled in the heart of Provence. Every morning started with a cozy breakfast and fresh pastries together with a warm welcome from the owners. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and thoughtful, offering great recommendations for hidden gems and local experiences. Evenings in the internal yard with champagne and stunning sunsets were unforgettable. The atmosphere was warm, tranquil, and truly rejuvenating. It was the perfect blend of rustic charm and comfort. I can’t wait to return - this place is a slice of paradise!

We loved our stay here. Our room was large and very nicely decorated (as was the common area), the pool was good size and perfect for relaxation in the evening and the location was quiet without being too remote. But even more, the hosts where just wonderful people to interact with!
