Although the booking was confirmed, there was no room available for us upon our arrival. Until this day, two months later, the cost for the room was not reimbursed!!!

“great if it had no language barriers”
All good. The desk clerk did not speak english well and i dont speak french much either. It caused some problems and she served the french speaking always ahead of us.
