This is such a beautiful place to stay in Karpaz... The owners are extremely welcoming and warm people, very generous - their attitude makes it feel like you're in an actual home. Tasty, huge and home-made breakfast, the place is beautiful and clean, there's a common area space to chill too. If you're into home-made products, Emine has a plenty of local pickles, marmalades, honey, olive oil etc. to try or buy. Loved it soo much, will be back soon! (Also, great location - very close to beautiful beaches, donkey and hike area, good restaurants and cafés around)

Everything. From amazing host family that took care of all guests with warmth and care to great breakfasts and beautiful rooms. You walk in and right away they greet you with a smile and open arms. If you visit them in the evening in a great room, they always make sure to share with you, whatever they snack on. Or watch football with them or play games. Wonderful place ❤️

“Charming authentic guest house with the most amazing breakfast”

The most beautiful authentic stone room ( previously the residence of monks) very clean, comfortable bed and great aircon . Quaint terrace with our own table outside the room where we spent a lovely evening drinking wine in the sun. So tranquil ! The breakfast was outstanding .. so may home made preserves ( even homemade butter) olives, several cheeses and relish, olives, toast, eggs, croissant and wonderful local honey. The hosts were so gracious and kind I wish we had stayed longer.

Pleasant hospitality in friendly environment

Most importantly the family and staff were lovwly and generous, we wish we could have stayed longer! The location was also perfect, a quick drive to a beautiful beach and a nice drive up to the tip of Cyprus. We also loved the property itself with all of the fruiting trees, plants, and local decor. The atmosphere was wonderful! We also had a truly delicious breakfast with a speciality dish from the Black Sea region and homemade jams. The rooms were in an older stone building which had a nice charm and they were very clean and comfortable.

The place was enjoyable as a change from the bustling cities; it was quiet and evoked the warm spirit of the countryside and deep heritage. The room was spacious, comfortable, and equipped with most of the services we needed, designed in the traditional Cypriot style. The hosts were kind and always ready to offer their services. The breakfast was delicious and varied, with their homemade cheese having a unique rural flavor, along with other dishes like sun-dried tomatoes and delicate pastries. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, and parking was available.

Lovely and homely vibe. Incredibly friendly and accommdating family run guest house. The included breakfast was amazing and exceeded expectations. Room was spacious with working air conditioner/ heater.

The guesthouse is located in the rural area, there are cows, roosters, wild donkeys on the way to the beach. The guesthouse is modest, but the food was fabulous, many thanks to the hosts. We took a stroll in the night, the sky was full of bright stars. Ayfilon beach is 8 minutes drive away, it's probably the best beach I saw in Cyprus (better than in Aya Napa and Protaras)
