“Great place to spend with family but need some improvement especially on the cleanliness. Very uncomfortable to step in”

No water pressure in wash sink and shower bath . Water pressure is too low. Like no water . Secondly towels and other blankets are not provided properly. While we ask . But at checkout they check everything .

It was nice but they made us pay 1000 SAR damage deposit upon arrival for no reason.
