“Borderline passable option for it's close proximity to the RICEC, no other reason!”
Considering the rate for the dates during a fair and the need for a good location close to the RICEC, this was the only feasible choice. Responsive to individual requests such as for additional towels, water and coffee sachets (though I would change the local coffee brand to a better one)... Staff are helpful...

Both the structure and the room went beyond all expectations. The apartment was large and well-kept, with everything needed for every guest's need from the kitchen to the bathroom, the staff of the structure was very courteousand hospitable. They have a small but splendid working spa with also a small gym to work out. The location is also excellent because it has numerous services around it, such as coffee shops, pharmacies and a metro stop not too far away The only suggestion I feel like giving is in the booking on the Booking website, since it is understood that the amount of two nights will be retained from the card entered, but in reality the entire payment is made at the structure, I point this out because it can be misleading for the guest

“Superb Stay in Al Nuzha”
Hotel Staff very nice and caring. Mohammed was helpful and humorous during our stay. Rooms are very good sizes with good kitchen facilities. TV in both living room and Bedroom which is rare for local serviced hotel apartments in Riyadh. Nice bathroom where shower water doesn't go everywhere and there was a second toilet in a one bedroom flat. Basement floor had gym sauna and a nice hot pool large enough for leisure but not swimming. Location is very good for most place in Riyadh and only 20 to 25 mins away from airport. Daily cleaning was good and consistent.
