“Great location, quality wasn't what we expected from a spa hotel.”
Location close to snow capped mountains, to the picturesque villages and their incredible restaurants are perfect. We do not ski but enjoy short hikes in the snow. Aremogna and the Guado di Coccia peaks were perfect for us. No matter which village you go to and which restaurant you frequent for Breakfast (at a bar), lunch or super - you will taste great local dishes at decent prizes. Parking is ample and free. Heated pool is convenient for muscle relaxation at the end of the day.

“Relaxing atmosphere, great SPA and Breakfast.”
Restaurant staff, professional and friendly, as well as the SPA staff. Reception staff overall were informative apart from the check in and out where she made us feel inferior and too important to deal with us.

“Nice spa hotel”
Spa was nice, water in pool could be little more hott, especially a whirpool area. Room was very big and spacious , we had two rooms, one with jacuzzi bath, But it somehow didnt work, so we were unlucky . Breakfast was nice. We tried also massage. One massage was ok, mine one i dint like. Thai massage should be different than here. After massage i dint feel like new born . Maybe i should choose thai if there isnt thai therapist. Cause not everyone can do thai massage. Also children should not be alow in any kind of spa area. Spa is for adult not for children. Children should play and parrent should relax in spa where should be quite. Its not an acquapark how many people mix with.

Beautiful, quiet location. The SPA is not super furnished, but enjoyable. Breakfast is very rich. Overall a positive experience. Would come back.

“Amazing new hotel!!)”
The hotel was much better than reviews on booking!. 10/10 Rooms are new and spacious, bed was very comfortable, the facilities was amazing, everything was clean and new, spa was so comfortable with different swimming pools inside and outside, it was amazing to swim outside and see beautiful mountains covered in snow. Very friendly personal, the kids club was super big and they have all kinds of tramplings, balls pool, small houses for kids, everything for painting, cutting, climbing gym.. 3 babysitters were super nice and trusted, Sara speaks English perfect, was very helpful! Jucy and Kiara was very kind and friendly with all kids. My daughter 2.5 y.o. didn't want to go out from kids club after 1.5 hours, every day. Was very nice to have free time when your child is busy and having fun in beautiful environment with trusted people. We will come back in couple of months for sure, our family liked this hotel a lot, especially in this small villages, I think it's the best place. And it was very convenient to be with the car in this type of vacation and areas.
