This our second time to Hotel Universel, the staff is always eager to help and to accommodate your needs. We love coming back to this hotel, as we know its worth a good night sleep. A bonus, the hotel also have EV chargers for electrical cars.

“VERY COMFORTABLE AND SUPER CLEAN HOTEL”
Our room was very clean and I love the decor. We ate at the restaurant for supper and then breakfast. The staff are excellent and everyone seems to work super hard to ensure that food is out fast.

“Very busy place”
The pool area was really cool, very fancy and fun looking. Our room hand an indoor balcony overlooking the pool area, though it did make the room smell like pool. Room was clean, bed comfy, amenities in room were excellent. I'd stay here again.

The beds were comfortable and check in and out were very easy and the Canadian historical images installed on each floor provide added interest. The hotel was chosen mainly because of the convenience of accessing the spa next door at the end of my travels. Staff spa were very nice and hotel guests are provided a discount for accessing the spa water facilities.

“Room was very comfortable.”
Hot tub was too cold so we did not enjoy it the first evening and did not go back in the morning, especially for the very high price tag of the room. I am floored that on top of the nearly $300 cost for one night i am being asked to pay a tip to housekeeping, they did a fantastic job but for the price of the room i would expect the hotel to be giving them a strong salary and to cover the tip amount for me. Definitely will be doing more camping and airbnb's in the future.
