Awful experience. I booked two rooms (one triple and one double) via Booking for one night with my wife and three children. The air conditioning in the triple room (ground floor) was broken, the heat unbearable, and it was unsafe to open the window. It was impossible to sleep. Reception confirmed there was no solution, no room change, and no help. We had to leave the hotel in the middle of the night with three kids and find another place at midnight. Despite not using either of the rooms, neither the hotel nor Booking is refunding me. This is unacceptable: the property is run-down, the service non-existent, and Booking is failing to protect its customers.
