Spacious apartment and balcony, decent kitchen, parking, everything worked well and pleasant staff. We didn’t use the pool so can’t comment on that.

The staff was extremly nice, helpful and welcoming. The property has everything to have a nice stay, pool, bike rental possibilities and other amenities we didn’t use. Ideal for families.

Clean practical and comfortable apartment with everything we needed. Nice pool and facilities. Great location with a short walk to the sea front and local amenities.

Lovely clean apartment with well equipped kitchen. Pool was well kept and quiet. Table tennis available for children / adults to play. We hired bikes from the property directly was worked well

The whole place is a good place to stay. It’s a bit formulaic and the rooms are a bit basic - but it’s very acceptable as a great base in a lovely area. There’s a big bathroom and big sofa and the whole place is clean and tidy. The kitchen area is very small but ok for breakfasts and light meals. The main bed was comfy and the bedding was good quality. Our kids slept well on the sofa bed which was a good size. The air con was very welcome on a few days. We’d stay again but probably with an outdoor area. This one was on the first floor with no balcony. It was also very quiet despite being full.

The pool is nice the park itself is well maintained. The location is good, on walkable distance to the beach and the town of Rivedoux-Plage.

Pool was lovely, staff so helpful, rooms a good size and allt he amenities we needed. Short walk to village shops.

Well designed and fitted studio with compact but complete kitchen and also outside space to eat. Staff very helpful. All round great value.

The pool was a pleasant, usually quiet place but could have been enhanced if there was a bar / snack area. The air con was eventually very good and the beds were quite comfortable. Short walk into the village.

The terrace completely enclosed so not really usable or just for people who smoke I guess
