Overview
In the heart of the Bragauds forest between the village of Sainte Marie de Ré and Rivedoux beach, the Fougères camping offers a calm and wooded environment. A few minutes from the port, close to the beach and shops, this open-air hotel offers overnight stays all year round. The comping has a heated swimming pool and a balneotherapy area (sauna, hammam and Jacuzzi). Come and share a joyful moment, discovering the Bragauds forest or enjoy a120 km of cycle paths on the Ile de Ré.

“A fabulous calming experience in what sounded like a rainforest with all the birds.”
Situated in a wooded enclave. Different sized cabins with TV ,lovely shower, swimming pool and laundry. Quiet, extremely peaceful. Super friendly staff that spoke English without question. Reasonable price. Location close to walk to restaurants of an evening.

It was a lovely little log cabin with everything we needed. Unfortunately we were unable to use the pool as the weather was poor but it looked very clean and inviting.

“Ok stay at île de ré”
We stayed 2 nights with our sausage dog. The installations were ok, but basic. The camper/bungalow was very very small and narrow to love around. It was calm and of course Île de Ré is a beautiful place. The 9€ supplement for a dog per night is quite a bit overpriced, especially seeing we had to clean the entire bungalow ourselves before we left. Overall a nice stay but a bit overpriced perhaps. The receptionist was super friendly!!

“Great, chilled out little campsite.”
The mobile home had everything we needed. The air conditioning was particularly welcome. This was a perfect base for exploring the rest of the island. We brought our bikes but the campsite had plenty to hire. The pool was lovely and we made use of the games area playing boules. We adored the Île de Ré and would definitely come back.

Lovely location near to beach. Lots of plants and trees around the cabin. Parking outside. Space for my dog on the porch and around the cabin. Lovely BBQ facilities on porch. Great private wellness spa facilities.
