“This property should not be rented out !”
The house was really dirty, we had to wash everything in the kitchen that we wanted to use. No dishwasher for a house that sleeps 12. One of the rooms said it had two double beds when it was two singles. Bathrooms were dirty and showers hardly worked. Each room had a TV in it but no wall socket to plug it in. Pool was dirty

“An abject disappointment. Booked for a week, didn’t stay an hour.”
Unswimmable and filthy pool, abandoned car in the garden and a scruffy grubby interior. Our host was very late and very drunk, belligerent and scared our children. No one expects perfection for three grand, but this fell significantly beneath any reasonable expectation.
