Clean rooms and easy, friendly check in. Good parking. Furniture is very old, no cozy atmosphere.

“Very comfy flat in a nice, tranquil location”
The flat is spacious and comfortable. There is a big balcony / terrace with a table and chairs to soak in the sun while having breakfast. The view is amazing -- you can see mountains covered with snow (in early April). There are all the amenities you may need: kitchen appliances, washing machine, air conditioning (with heating for winter). The location is great: 5 minutes walk to the lake shore and the bike/running route. There is a shopping mall in 2 minutes walk -- with a big supermarket and cafes. And the last but not the least!.. The host! The host is just amazing! Annalisa was incredibly friendly and always ready to help. She was available by Whatsapp all the time -- in case of any emergency she was ready to assist and advise.

THe person who welcomed us was super nice and responsive..that gives the greatest added value to staying here. the balcony was also nice and the fact that there was a convenient parking space - the biggest value.
