“A perfect place to relax with exceptional hosts”

We had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed every moment. The hosts were incredibly caring and attentive to every detail. They were always one step ahead, regularly asking if there was anything they could do to make our stay even more comfortable. Everything was thoughtfully planned and organized. The beautiful garden and breakfasts on the terrace created a relaxing atmosphere. This is a place where you can genuinely unwind and enjoy your holiday. We would be very happy to return in the future.

We spent four nights there; the room was very spacious and clean, and the view was beautiful. We were able to park the car in an underground garage, where there were also plenty of bicycles that we could use at any time without having to ask. This was very convenient because it allowed us to get downtown in just 5 minutes. We used them every day. The breakfast was plentiful, always fresh, and delicious. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, and they answered all our questions immediately. We’ll definitely be back!

Everything was truly excellent. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff, who I believe are a lovely Italian family, were exceptionally kind, welcoming, and friendly. We travel to Riva del Garda quite often, especially on weekends and holidays, and this property was one of the best experiences we have ever had. We would be very happy to stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

“Amazing hospitality, outstanding breakfast, family-friendly stay”

We stayed here for the last three nights with our two young children (2 years and 1 year old) and had a fantastic experience. The hospitality was amazing — the hosts were warm, welcoming, and very accommodating, which made traveling with kids so much easier. The breakfast was really, really awesome — fresh, delicious, and a great start to the day for the whole family. The accommodation was comfortable and well maintained, and we felt very relaxed throughout our stay. We truly enjoyed our time in Riva del Garda and would highly recommend this place, especially for families traveling with young children.

Great location, covered parking, great family and staff - offering a great service. Room is spacious and has all necessary. Washing clothes is easy as well for a small fee. Not far from the Riva the old town- we used bicycles or 10-15 min walk.

Everything, it's really good for family.. The owners of the hotel are really helpful and friendly, location is about 10 mins from the lake.

Very good breakfast, underground parking garage with the lift, room was comfy and clean. Very pleasant staff.

“Family run, modern facilities, perfect location!”

The staff were so friendly and welcoming and had information about the local area, It felt like being with family. The room was clean and had everything we could need except an oven but that wasn't a problem. The complimentary breakfast was fresh and delicious with plenty on offer. Free bike rental and secure parking. Beautiful views from the balcony of mountains and the lake! Only a 15 minute straight walk to the lake and the old town.
