We had a wonderful stay. The owner was extremely kind and welcoming. The property is beautiful, very well maintained, and exceptionally clean. We were traveling with our dog and were happy to find such pet-friendly accommodation with excellent conditions for both us and our pet. Everything was perfect, and we would gladly stay here again. Highly recommended!

This is a perfect place to relax and enjoy. The host is very nice and welcoming, the rooms were clean and tidy, and the breakfast is great! The location is quite good, and there are options for getting to the city.

“Our favourite location after many visits in the last 20+ years”

We have been to lake Garda many times in the last 20+ years and this is our favourite location. The host Roberta is a sweet lady. She makes a breakfast which is truly unbeatable. She bakes bread, several cakes and has a variety of cerials, freshly cut fruit salads, prepared oranages and equipment for freshly squeezed orange juice, bacon, eggs, cheeses, olives, carots, mozzarella. I don't know how she can prepare this everyday. When we first got there I has a bit intimidated by her two (meanwhile three) German sheppard dogs ( I am a jogger) but the just barked a bit, sniffed and checked me out and never jumped or did anything even I didn't mind. The place is a huge Olive garden. They have a pond for swimmung and a huge deck to relax and enjoy the scenary and view towards the lake and surrounding mountains. Top recommendation!!

Host was lovely. She made many of the breakfast baked goods and the vegetables come from her garden. The grounds of the facility are charming - the bird pen really made it with the geese, peacocks, guineas, ducks, chickens, turkeys... great stay. The bikes were free and in great shape - easy ride to the lake and downtown along a river path.

“Amazing, calm and cozy!”

Absolutely amazing stay! Not only did the outside with it's pool, views and comfy hideouts provide absolute peace, but also the room itself was cozy, came with a little garden (perfect for our dog and to enjoy the morning sun!) and was thoroughly. cleaned every day. Roberta also provided the best breakfast every single morning and also went out of her way to provide it a little earlier if needed. She is truly one of the best hosts, so friendly and thoughtful! If you'd prefer a smaller, more familiar and cozy stay, this is the best one you can pick! Bonus points for Roberta's beautiful dogs!

The property is a little idyll on the edge of the town. It’s peaceful, fantastic value and in beautiful grounds. Most important, the host Roberta is a welcoming, helpful person who is a real pleasure to meet. Roberta’s breakfasts are exceptional. Home made bread and cakes every morning 😀

- Very confortable bed. - Whole place was very clean. - Breakfast had good few options and was delicious. - The two "guard" dogs were beautiful and very friendly, yet they would leave you alone if you wanted. - The chickens/ducks/geeze/peafowl pen give you an extra thing to appreciate. - The host is extremely nice. I felt really welcomed as if visiting a dear aunt I haven't seen for ages.

It's a very beautiful place nested in an olive garden. A large pond invites for swimming or just relaxing on the deck. The fact that this location only accomodates three rooms makes it very quite and perfect for relaxation. The host is very friendly, the breakfast is superb and the land lady bakes fresh olive roles and cakes and prepares fresh eggs. Best place at Lake Garda in more than 25 years of frequently visiting for weekend trips.

Our hostess, Roberta, was amazing. She was very helpful and very kind. Wonderful breakfast, with homemade bread! Nice, clean and cozy rooms. We were very happy with all our stay and enjoyed waking up to the amazing view everyday. Its a 25 min walk to the city center - otherwise bikes are available and the busstop is also only a few feet away. We will hopefully be back very soon and would absolutely recommend! 💕

Very nice place with a good location and a spectacular view. Lady (owner) who meets us is a very pleasant person and cooks delicious breakfast, especially bread. Many thanks to this place. Wish them more visitors from Kazakhstan to come.

Beautiful garden to relax in and lovely rooms. The homemade breakfast was delicious. Bikes for cycling around town and down to the lake. The owner let us checkout late, and then use the bikes which made for a lovely day.

The area is amazing and beautiful. We loved the breakast and the new baked bread every morning. We were also excited about all the animals, especially the dogs (Nola & Emma). The staff were also kind and helpful and we were so happy that the bikes were ”free” of charge. Cause it was a pretty long distance to the ”central” of Riva. We also liked the private little backyard.

“Fantastic stay in green surroundings”

Fantastic, green property, feeling as if I was staying far away from Riva on the country side, but Riva is only 1min by car. In the morning I enjoyed my excellent breakfast, with home made bread and local products, close to the big pond while my dog was walking freely around on the property. The stay was one to remember. One can feel that Roberta is really taking the best care of her visitors. This B&B has my best recommendations👌
