Overview
Set in a mansion from 1860, this property is 10 minutes’ drive from the town of Ristiina and 15 km from central Mikkeli. It offers a private beach area of Löydönlampi Pond, 250 metres away. Elegant décor and wooden floors are provided at Löydön Kartano. Guests can choose accommodation with either private or shared bathroom facilities. Free use of bicycles, a sauna and BBQ equipment are available, as well as free Wi-Fi in public areas at Löydön. Meals can also be arranged on request, along with a shuttle service from Mikkeli Airport, 25 minutes’ drive away. Swimming and fishing in the private pond are common area activities. “Comfort stay and rest at villa Elisabet”
Villa Elisabet has enough space for two families. For us with 5 persons villa was very comfortable and spacy. All furnitures and goods in house are reasonable and of good quality that made us not to have surprises. All in all it is a nice place to stay!

The sauna was free and next to the lake so you could go take a dip, it was wonderful. The staff were mostly helpful and solved our worries quickly. The overall vibe was great and the area very scenic.

“A really good place, can recommend!”
Breakfast starts at 9, so I left already before that. Staff was very helpful, I came by bicycle so they helped me get some evening snack. Also the sauna by the bond was nice. Roomy, nice room.

“Faded grandeur but fun”
It's a lovely older property that gives you a taste of old style travel. Overall, the room needs a bit of updating but was clean and big enough for two. The bathroom was also clean and had plenty of hot water. We didn't have time to try the sauna, but it looked like a good one and is right next to the water for a swim afterwards. Also, having free bikes available to get around the property was a nice touch.
