“Extremely comfortable place run by amazing family”
This is a very comfortable and beautiful place to stay. It’s more than fully equipped and is arranged as I would make it for myself. There are great sofas, beds, and blackout blinds, which are crucial with kids, as well as kitchenware. Outside, you have a BBQ, and inside, there's a dishwasher, coffee maker, oven, even an orange juice maker—you name it. The garden is beautiful and well-maintained, with fruit trees and flowers, and a big parking area. The host provides lots of toys if you need them for your child. They even have a tractor and a tricycle, which we used to go down to the plaza and back uphill—our son was more than happy to use all of them. I must highlight the hospitality of Filip and his family. They cared about us, gave us tons of delicious tomatoes and vegetables from their garden, and helped so much when our son was very sick, along with many other small but important things. I can’t recommend this place more. It’s quiet but close to the beach, with stunning views and great hosts. Thanks for hosting us and all the best to all the family.

“Best place in Kotor's Bay”
The landlord, Filip, is the great host ensuring we had everything we needed, he gave us great recommendations of places to visit. The apartment had everything we could needed and more, very comfortable with great terrace for lazy evening chill. The place is close to beach and city's center but located on peacefull and quiet hill where no noises would disturb. The town - Risan, is conviniently located as a base place to visit whole Kotor's Bay attractions. 10/10 score and we already miss the place.

Me and my family stayed at this place for 8 night, and we booked all rooms at this house. We liked everything here: rooms, view, garden and helpful owner. There are kitchens and BBQ zone with everything needed. Also our kids liked all the toys that where available outside the house. I would recommend this place to anyone.
