Lidia and Igor are very nice, responsive, responsible, and spontaneous hosts. I can really recommend this accommodation! There are few places in the Bay of Kotor where you can be closer to the sea and still enjoy the peace and quiet (with the restrictions described below). Every room in the apartment has air conditioning.

We recently stayed at this exceptional house and had a wonderful experience. The location is perfect, just steps away from the beach, offering stunning views. The house itself is very well-equipped with everything you might need, two comfortable bedrooms and two bathrooms, making it ideal for two couples or a family. The hosts were outstanding—warm and welcoming. They provided us with all the necessary information for our stay. We were also pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful touches they added, such as leaving fruit, wine, and even a chocolate egg for our three-year-old. These small details truly made us feel at home! The house is conveniently located, offering easy access to explore the beautiful areas of Risan, Perast, and Kotor. It’s not far from Kotor, making it a great base for exploring the region. Because the house is right next to the road, it can be a bit noisy at times if you're very sensitive to noise. Thankfully, all rooms are equipped with air conditioning, so you can close the windows at night and still stay comfortable. The house also offers convenient parking. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to explore this stunning part of Montenegro.

Absolutely stellar experience staying at these apartments! They've got everything you need for a comfortable life, including a dedicated parking spot. The location is unbeatable - right next to shops and restaurants. The terrace is a dream come true, offering breathtaking views of the bay and mountains. It's the perfect spot for a morning coffee or a sunset cocktail. Being on the beachfront is the cherry on top. You can literally walk out in your swimsuit and hit the beach. The hosts are fantastic - super welcoming and hospitable. We had several BBQ nights together and shared many great conversations and moments. The setting is picturesque, to say the least. We fell in love with Montenegro - the people, the nature, everything. We're definitely coming back next year. Highly recommend!

Nice well equipped apartment few steps from the sea. Risan is a lovely city - 20 min drive from Kotor, but prices in cafes around 50% lower. Smokvica beach next to apartment- serves drinks and snacks and offers paid sunbeds and umbrellas, but there is large clean public beach as well. Convenient parking in front of the apartment. Good internet. Air conditioner in each room. Weekly farmers market every Sunday in Risan to buy fruits & veggies, prosciutto and cheese, etc.
