If you’re looking for a place with a truly breathtaking view over Risan Bay, this is it. The apartment is spotlessly clean, well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, and parking right by the building. The hosts are genuinely welcoming to pets for an additional fee of 50 euros

Very comfortable apartment in a quiet part of the bay - make sure you book the top floor one as it has amazing views and it's own terrace with table/chairs. Comfortable beds, hot shower, well equipped kitchen and very good internet speed. The property owner lives nearby and was very helpful giving us plenty of ideas for eating out if you don't fancy cooking in the apartment. Good bakery at the bottom of the hill along with a couple of small shops or 20mins drive into Kotor and you have larger supermarkets. Good location for exploring all of the amazing Kotor bay area.

Very nice and comfortable apartament located up the hill in Risan. Fantastic view from the windows. Clean and cozy. In the kitchen one can find everything that you need.

“A comfortable, pretty apartment with amazing views of the bay and mountains.”
My sister and I were very pleased with the apartment. It was very nicely decorated and very comfortable. The views of the bay were beautiful. It was nice to be in a town that wasn't over run with tourists. We were there in May when all the roses and jasmine were in full bloom so the fragrance when we arrived was lovely. The family were very helpful when we had questions about the area and how to get about. I would recommend this beautiful apartment.

“Cosy and well located.”
The apartment was very comfortable- had enough space for a family of 4 and was very well appointed. We had everything we needed for our stay including a well stocked kitchen, enough towels, washing machine. The town of Risan is lovely, located in the middle portion of Kotor Bay and we had good access to grocery etc

“Probably the best value for money place in Risan”
This is a beautiful apartment with the most stunning views over the Bay of Risan. Sergei was very friendly, helpful, and responsive, and the whole place has a homely feel. There were no guests coming until late the day we left and he allowed an extra few hours stay free of charge. One really nice experience.
