“A great location to break your motorway journey and enjoy the hill towns of the area”
The location is about 15 minutes off the main motorway to Bologna up in the hills with lovely views to all sides and located in the middle of vineyards. It is fairly new and the accommodation and facilities are of a very high standard. The beds and rooms are very large and the menu was extensive with an ample selection of local food and wines. The breakfast was a buffet and the staff really could not do enough for us. A great location to go exploring the hill villages and then come back to the peace and quiet of the resort.

Excellent breakfast This is a continental Italian breakfast. There was a good spread of cheeses, hams, granola, cakes, spreads, fruit. Eggs/bacon were available to order at an extra cost. Staff were very friendly. The breakfast room is within the restaurant which is a very elegant space. The Spa Beautiful modern spa. We were told the spa was very busy at checkin which was disappointing. We managed to book in for a two hour slot the next day. The hotel seems to operate a spa booking policy which is very regulated and more suitable for covid style restrictions. The spa facilities themselves are beautiful, modern and clean. Steam room was not steamy at all though. Sauna was excellent. Worth a visit as long as they relax the booking policy. Rooms Clean, ultra modern and spacious. We loved the architectural details and high quality finishes- Iguzzini lighting as standard, extremely comfortable beds. Hotel- This is a beautiful and modern hotel with stunning views. Friendly and generous staff. We had a relaxing stay and will return.
