“Clean and welcoming hostel”

Very clean hostel in a good location. I stayed here the night before and after going up to La Guajira. The staff are so kind and helpful and there is a lovely terrace on the top floor.

“Awesome spot and awesome people”

This was a truly awesome spot to spend a few nights. The room was just what we needed, the breakfast was delicious, and the rooftop was very relaxing. Mario is an amazing host, incredibly friendly and welcoming - he made our stay unforgettable. They have an in-house tour company which was also great. They looked after our luggage for three nights. This is the perfect spot to come in Riohacha, especially before heading to Punta Gallinas.

Rooms are good, spacious. Staff are very good and attentive. They offer the best tours from here.

On overall very good and homey hostel! Mario is an absolute star at his job as host! The breakfast is good and the rooms comfortable. They're able to help you organise tours and other activities in the region very easily and also quite last minute in my case! Thank you for the good care!

Very nice owner and staff. When the AC was leaking they took care of it immediately and offered us to change rooms. Nice terrace to relax in the evening. Kitchen super clean and well equipped and good breakfast including eggs, fruit, arepa, toast and juice.

Sashii Hostel is a wanderful place, in a great location in Rioacha, near to the seafront. The Hostel is so close to a market where you can find anything you want. The staff is very kind and ready to help you for any request. I also booked an amazing tour of 3 days and 2 nights in Guajira, with the same company that was the best experiance in Colombia. Really reccomanded.

“Friendly staff, well equiped and super chill 😊”

It is a really nice, chill hostel. The workers there are super friendly and are happy to help with everything. You can use the nicely equiped kitchen and they provide oil and salt. The rooms offer air conditioning which is essential in this heat. Also, they have a big tv and offer netflix. Also they offer quality tours of any kind.

The breakfast was a regular hotel breakfast, it was just good enough.

I did not have breakfast included in my booking. I decided to pay the COP10,000 extra and was able to choose my preferred breakfast. I got coffee, juice, arepa and eggs. They replaced the papaya on the side with banana which I really appreciated. Food was great. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The vibe of the other guests was also welcoming and friendly.

everything was perfect! everywhere was clean, nice breakfast, and also the tour to Cabo de la vela was great! it’s definitely worth it. And they kept our luggage while we went on the tour. very close to the beach, the bay and many restaurants! Mario was the real MVP, he is the coolest guide when it comes to Ríoacha.

The hostel was very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. I booked the 3 day punta gallinas tour with sashii tours (which was an awesome tour) and the owner let me keep my big backpack at the hostel for no charge. The breakfast was good as well, and the hostel is very close to the ocean. Overall, it was excellent!
